It’s the busiest room in the house, families gravitate to the kitchen, friends socialise in and around the kitchen. These days kitchens are for much more than just cooking purposes so they deserve the time spent to create a design based on not only aesthetics but also strongly on FUNCTION.
Whether you are renovating an existing outdated kitchen, need a new kitchen for a family home, a commercial kitchen with numerous preparation stations I will ensure your space is practical yet beautiful and timeless. I will employ smart design options to maximise functionality and make effective use of available light and space and other options available.

Bathroom Design
A space that no one actually likes to clean…. to me bathrooms should be created keeping this fact in mind. I design bathrooms that are clever and beautiful.
Starting from scratch or renovating an existing bathroom? Let’s talk about the best option for you and create a space that you will enjoy from all angles.
I will keep costs down by offering simple yet detailed cabinetry drawings - I don’t spend hours rendering images, although I can if need be. I will present you with floor plans and elevations, a very clear scheme sheet of the selections chosen along with schedules for yourself and trades people.
I understand that working to a budget is extremely important and I have the knowledge to make choices based on the reality of what you want to spend.
Be it functionality or aesthetics that is letting your existing space down.
I can suggest the options you have to update but not completely gut your existing bathroom or ensuite. Are there elements of your existing bathroom that you would like to keep? Do you need new tiles to be selected or a new vanity designed to replace a tired or damaged old one?

Laundry, Cabinetry & Custom Joinery
Did you know that Laundries don’t have to be a room anymore? They can actually just be concealed within cabinetry on a wall! Many renovators chose to re-configure their home placing their laundry within a cupboard which in turn allows that left over space to be used for extensions of existing rooms, new ensuites, larger kitchens etc.
Nobody actually enjoys doing laundry, however the key to disliking a laundry less is to keep it as easy and simple as possible.
Functionality is the key to creating a good laundry space, and why not make it beautiful at the same time.

Initial project briefing consultation $160.00
Let’s Talk…
Every job is different, so costs will vary depending upon the depth of my services required.
Prior to our meeting I will request from you any images you may have along with some basic information regarding your tastes, ideas, outcomes required so that I am able to bring with me the samples/swatches/equipment necessary for us to make sure our meeting is as productive as possible.
To begin with, I offer an initial 2 hour consultation, meeting with you at the premises you would like to discuss.
This enables me to obtain your project brief. I will not only discuss your ideas, tastes and requirements in detail, but also acquire an understanding of who you are and what factors exist that I believe will need to be taken into account when completing your project. We will also discuss options based on your budget and details of your builder or trades people (if needed.)
This initial project briefing consultation will cost $160.00 (Commercial jobs may extend beyond the 2 hours, a small additional charge will be added to the standard fee if additional time is needed)
From this appointment, I will be able to form a scope of works and a fee proposal for my design services to complete your design project.

50% of the cost must be paid prior to commencement.
I will then produce some preliminary design concepts to present to you at our next meeting, where we will choose and refine designs, discuss colour selections, finishes and fixtures and any changes that may be required. If needed, we will discuss times to visit suppliers to select the necessary items required for your job – this will be an additional fee
And at last…
I will finalise my part within you design project!
Interior Styling Consultation $160.00
Let’s Just Talk…
If you are really unsure how far you wish/need to go with your ideas, whether you need some styling advice or just some reassurance that you are on the right path before or during your renovation, I can, for a small fee, come to your home, clarify some of your ideas, make suggestions on where to start, where to go, how far to go and give you some indication of the costs you may incur. I also offer a personal shopper service where I can go and select some items for your home to add a little extra harmony to your space.
Note: Additional charges may be incurred if the travelling time exceeds 45 minutes.
